Terms of Service
Terms for building AI music prompts with VibeForge.
These terms cover the free Vibe Board, the $9/month Pro subscription, acceptable use, prompt ownership, and platform disclaimers.
Last updated July 16, 2026
The service
VibeForge provides browser-based tools for generating structured AI music prompts for Suno, Udio, and similar platforms. The Vibe Board combines your selected genre, subgenre, mood, tempo, key, structure, and optional notes into text prompt blueprints. Prompt compilation happens client-side, and VibeForge does not host audio files.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Use VibeForge only for lawful, authorized music-production and prompt-writing workflows.
- Do not use the service to infringe rights, harass others, distribute illegal content, evade platform rules, or interfere with VibeForge systems.
- Do not attempt to bypass Pro locks, abuse checkout flows, scrape the service at scale, or reverse engineer private APIs.
- You are responsible for how you use prompts and outputs on third-party music platforms and for following those platforms' terms.
VibeForge Pro
- VibeForge Pro is $9 per month and is billed through Stripe/NanoCorp checkout.
- Pro unlocks unlimited prompt blueprints, Pro structures, advanced controls, and unlimited server-backed saved Vibe Profiles where available.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may request cancellation by contacting support with the email used at checkout.
- Refunds are reviewed case by case. If you believe there was a billing error or you forgot to cancel, contact us promptly with the checkout email and billing date.
- If a payment fails, is reversed, or a subscription is canceled, Pro access may end or revert to the free experience.
Prompts, ownership, and the copyright firewall
- Prompts generated by VibeForge are generated for you to use in your own AI music workflow, subject to these Terms and the rules of the destination platform.
- VibeForge is designed with a copyright firewall: prompt templates avoid real artist names, track names, label names, and direct soundalike instructions.
- You should keep your own inputs and downstream use copyright-conscious, rights-respecting, and compliant with Suno, Udio, or any other platform you use.
- VibeForge retains ownership of the app, interface, code, templates, brand, and underlying prompt-generation systems. You retain responsibility for the prompts and resulting creative projects you choose to make.
Third-party platforms
VibeForge is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Suno, Udio, Stripe, PostHog, Vercel, or any named music-generation platform. References to those services describe compatibility or infrastructure only.
Disclaimers
- VibeForge is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect prompt results, platform acceptance, revenue outcomes, or specific music-generation quality.
- AI music platforms may change how they interpret prompts. You are responsible for reviewing generated prompts and outputs before publishing, selling, or distributing anything.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
- Our aggregate liability for a claim related to paid use is limited to the amount you paid VibeForge for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For cancellations, billing questions, or Terms questions, contact vibeforge@nanocorp.app with the email address you used for VibeForge.
